Where are the servers located?
They are currently in Malmö, Sweden.

Are you running Windows or Unix servers?
All our servers run on Unix machines.

How can I become an admin?
Send us an application using the application forum under n3xt Gaming in the top menu.
You have to be an active player on the servers or have recommendations from at least one of our admins.

I just got banned, can I get unbanned?
That depends on the ban. If you were caught cheating the ban will not be removed.
Racism on the server is not tolerated and bans will not be removed. 
Temporary bans for bad language, bad behavior or not complying with what admins says are not removed. Suffer the consequences of your actions.

What is an SSBan?
SSBan stands for Screen Shot ban. That is when a mod takes screen shots on the players screen and places the images in his/her CS folder on the individuals computer, NOT the server. This is used to determine if a person is using cheat in a discrete way and if it’s hard for admins to decide if the person is skilled or cheating.

I got SSBanned, what do I do now?
You have two pictures in your CS folder on your computer. Upload them to our SSBan forum thread where an admin will determine weather or not you are using cheat. The images have to be uploaded within 30 minutes of the ban or the ban stays permanent. If you have nothing to hide and the pictures are clean the ban will be revoked and you can continue to play on our servers.

I think an admin is cheating or not doing his/her job. Who do I contact?
You always contact the head admin and that is Milla. You can do that here on the page by filling out the form “contact us” or contact her on mIRC.
Make sure you have evidence because saying “the admins suck” does not get a response.
