Before applying for admin, you’ll have to comply with a few things. We want you to know, applications will only be taken seriously if you are an active player on our servers and shown a decent behavior same as maturity. You should be able to handle situations in a professional manner without taking things personally and being offended even if the tone at times can be rough. Our admins should be role models for our players and not the other way around.

You should be able to receive critic and of course be able to reflect on what was told and process it without taking it as an insult.

Requirements:
Age: 18+ (Age can be discussed if you have shown a certain level of maturity).
Bans: Your Steam account should be spotless; we do not accept applicants that has "Bans on record".
Activity: If the server(s) are empty, do what you can to start them. We expect our admins to do so.
AMX: Being able to handle AMX, we have guides to help our admins become better, and we expect you to read them.
We demand: We do not accept our admins to be admins at other servers, we expect our admins to give all their attention to make n3xt Gaming the best place to be. 

Our head admins will evaluate our admins from time to time, and they will come with corrections if they find it necessary and admins have to follow these directions.
